Bob has been working in the Construction Industry for over 25. Starting from a trades background Bob has progressed his way up through the ranks and has spent the last 18 years working in a Management Position.
As Senior Contracts Manager Bob is responsible for overseeing the management of multiple projects ensuring that they are completed to meet all our client’s expectations whilst ensuring all current industry and company procedures are in place and being adhere too. His main objective is to ensure that all projects being completed accident free, on time and within budget leading to repeat business from our clients.
Over the last 20 years Bob has delivered many high – profile projects on time and within budget through the application of his Management, Technical and Commercial expertise and his great interpersonal skills. Bob will always seek to build a strong site project team ethos and develop lasting relationships with Clients and the professional project team.
Bob has very strong man management skills. He is loyal, tolerant, supportive of others and despite having high expectations of himself, will always give credit to others where and when credit is due.
Since joining Wallrite in 2012 Bob has become a member of IOSH and completed the NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management and the NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate qualifications to add to the NEBOSH Construction Health and Safety Certificate he had previously achieved.
These qualification, along with many others he has gained has given him the knowledge and experience to act as the Health and Safety advisor for the company.
Outside of work he is a very proud Grandad of 6 very special grandchildren. He is also a very keen Saracens and England rugby fan which has led him to following the British and Irish Lions all the way to Australia and New Zealand over the last few years.
